The shipping times of the order from our warehouse, unless otherwise indicated on the product page (for products awaiting replenishment), are a maximum of 24 working hours starting from the completion of the order and take place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday.

If one or more products in your order do not satisfy you, you can easily exchange or return within 14 days following the date of receipt of the goods.
